Our Story
We’re Daniel Olmedo and Begoña FernĂĄndez-Cid, serial entrepreneurs with hands-on experience in building startups, navigating the fundraising journey, and cultivating valuable industry connections.
Together we’ve built SaaS services like Nware, Pronto, Chartz and EasyVC, managed engineering and sales teams, co-written a newsletter read by hundreds of venture capitalists, struck global partnerships with tech giants like Microsoft, and raised capital from national and international investors to bring our visions to life. We can confidently say that nothing about our journey was easy.

Fundraising itself was a real challenge, but along the way, we discovered a unique hack—leveraging warm intros from portfolio founders. It was simple but powerful: by asking just one portfolio founder for one intro to their investor, and repeating this process with different founders, we were able to raise $4M for our previous company. This method helped us secure meetings with nearly every investor we targeted in Europe and the US.
That experience became the foundation for what we’re building now with EasyVC. We’ve taken everything we learned from our own fundraising process and translated it into a tool designed to empower other founders and make their lives easier.
